Applications and entry fee must be submitted to the Feast of the Flowering Moon no later than Monday, April 20, 2026. 

Contestants must reside in Ross County.

Pageant will take place on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at the Majestic Theatre located at 45 E. Second Street. Contestants must arrive in the times listed below. 

Tiny Miss (Ages 3-4): Check-In at 10:00am / Pageant at 10:30am
Petite Miss (Ages 5-6): Check-In at 11:30am / Pageant at 12:00pm
Little Miss (Ages 7-9): Check-In at 1:00pm / Pageant at 1:30pm
Junior Miss (Ages 10-12): Check-In at 2:30pm / Pageant at 3:00pm

All winners will be crowned the day of pageant.

Please note that it is NOT necessary for you to dress your child in a pageant dress. They can wear casual dress - something similar to what they would wear to Sunday School or Easter Dress. The choice is yours.

Mail applications to Feast of the Flowering Moon, P.O. Box 879, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601 or drop them off at the Ross-Chillicothe Convention & Visitors Bureau at 230 N. Plaza Blvd., Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.

Admission: $5.00 per spectator
