Applications and entry fee must be submitted to the Feast of the Flowering Moon no later than 5:00pm on May 4, 2024. Applications can be obtained and dropped off at the Best Dress Boutique.

Contestants will receive instructions via mail following the application deadline.

Contestants must reside in Ross County.

Pageant will take place on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at the Majestic Theatre located at 45 E. Second Street (Downtown Chillicothe). Contestants must arrive in the times listed below. 

Pageant will be completed in two brackets: 

Bracket 1: 1:00PM
- Tiny Miss (ages 3-4)
- Petite Miss (ages 5-6)
This bracket requires a dress of choice only. No outfit changes.

Bracket 2: 2:30PM
- Little Miss (ages 7-8)
- Junior Miss (ages 9-11)
- Teen Miss (ages 12-14)
This bracket requires a fun fashion outfit (summer fun outfit)
This outfit will be modeled and scored along with a dress of choice

All winners will be crowned the day of pageant.
